This Regulation has general validity and concerns access to the contents of the www.mz-dreams.com ("MZD") Archive and Shop, from here the "Contents".

The Contents cannot be purchased but can be accessed against generic or specific donations.

Through the donation buttons you find on the related pages, you can donate a predefined amount which corresponds to the donation to access the Content.

For the Archive, the donation allows the member to access the Contents page for a time defined during the subscription. When the access time has expired, the member is no longer able to access the Archive and its Contents and, if he wants access again, he must redo the relative donation.

For the Shop, the donation allows the member to obtain a password with which to access a link from which it is possible to download the relevant Content.

When a member donate for a Content, he always receive a summary email reminding the benefits unlocked and their expiration date (for the Archive) or the password for download the Content (for the Shop).

When the access time has expired (for the Archive), the member receives an email notifying him that he no longer has access to the Contents, but he can still continue to access the Shop.

The time of free access to the Contents of the Archive is counted from the moment the donation is processed by MZD (e.g. if the donation is made on the 2nd of the month and processed the day after, the time of free access starts from the 3rd of the month).

MZD reserve a maximum of 3 days to unlock the Contents after a donation.

The data of the donation through Paypal are not related to the access data on GSB. To allow admins to link a donation to the GSB member who made it, it's necessary, after the donation, to inform the admins that you made the donation. This communication is carried out as a priority with the forms on the "Subscribe" and "Shop" pages. MZD will verify the presence and regularity of the donation and will unlock access for the Contents to the profile holder of the donation.

If the forms have been filled out incorrectly or it's not possible to link the donor to a donation, MZD will contact the member to request further information or clarifications about his donation.

If a donation is impossible to relate to a member profile, it will be accepted as a donation but will not be followed by the unlocking of Contents for any specific member. In this case, it's up to the member to request and claim access by providing the requested data.

Any fraudulent use of the payment provider (e.g. donation withdrawal) results in immediate blocking of access to Contents and may result in account deletion.

Contents are not for sale, are accessible upon donation and donations are non-refundable. Refunds are provided only in the event of clear technical problems or defaults by the GSB admins which make it impossible to access the Contents.

Any event that occurs after the donation, not dependent by MZD, which should prevent access to the Contents (e.g. deletion of the account due to violations of the terms, or on one's own initiative) will not involve a refund of the donation.

The Contents is at the discretion of MZD and can be modified, rearranged, reduced or extended at any time. Usually the Contents are expanded and perfected over time, but updates don't have a fixed frequency and are not guaranteed.

Access and consultation of the Contents is subject to the same Terms of Services valid on the all website.

Any data transmitted with Paypal with the donation are protected by the same Privacy Policy in force on MZD.
